b) Our standard size is from S-L. For size XL or above, an additional £10 to be charged. Above XXL size is our custom made item, the price to be advised.
c) Please send an email to confirm the size, height, how high is the heel for the high heel shoes before making order.
d) For standard size from S-L (7-10 days for finishing), XL or above and customer made (10-15 days for finishing) upon receipt of payment.
e) All Wedding related items will be sent out from Hong Kong by regular air parcel. It probably takes 5-10 days to different countries. For special courier services to be advised.

- All returns must be authorized in advance by contacting us by email customer@beealady.com within 7 days upon receipt payment
